EarlystART (formerly known as United Inner City Services) is a non-profit organization that has been strengthening the health and vitality of neighborhoods in Kansas City, MO since 1967.

​

The Little Learners Luncheon is an annual event held to help EarlystART continue the good work of providing a great education to the Little Learners and helping their families to a more prosperous life in the Kansas City, MO area.
