Ad 2 Kansas City is a community of young, up-and-coming advertising professionals. Through them, events are offered to help the new business professionals find their path in the world of advertisement. Along side that, the members volunteer to do pro-bono advertisement campaigns for local nonprofits.

Spark KC, one of the event opportunities, is an advertising career conference that hosts companies and agencies to: share about what they do, participate in a Q&A with the attendees, and present job opportunities for said up and comers.
